Drone shows in Greenfield
Greenfield’s big community nights happen in one place: Konkel Park on Layton Avenue.
Konkel Park
The park hosts the city’s July 4 fireworks at about 9:45 p.m., and in early December an afternoon holiday celebration with horse-drawn sleigh rides, winter games, music and hot chocolate. A short drone show as it gets dark, which is before 5 p.m. in December, would close that afternoon well.
Weather
In 2022 storms pushed Greenfield’s fireworks back four days. A drone show has the same exposure to wind and rain, so agree a backup date up front.
Airspace
Greenfield is a few miles west of Mitchell International, so expect the team to request air traffic control approval.
Shows start at 150 drones; see typical budgets in the cost guide or run the show planner for Greenfield.
