Drone shows in Germantown
Germantown packs its Christmas into one day, ending with a tree lighting at Firemen’s Park.
Christmas Festival
The festival runs a Jingle Bell Dash, a 5K Candy Cane Run, an afternoon parade and Christmas in the Park, then lights the tree at Firemen’s Park at 4:30 p.m., just as it gets dark.
Firemen's Park
The same park hosts the July 4 fireworks at dusk after the Main Street parade, so it already works as a launch and viewing site.
Airspace
Germantown is north of Timmerman Airport. The team checks whether the launch point is near its five-nautical-mile zone.
Shows start at 150 drones; see typical budgets in the cost guide or run the show planner for Germantown.
